Firearms are being listed on behalf of Laurence Barbalet, licensed dealer (license number 342497Z). All firearms are securely stored with the dealer and will be transferred to the new owner through this licensed dealer in accordance with regulations.

Lloyds advises that bidders should contact the local firearms dealer/authority for your state to confirm your local state's restrictions and guidelines on owning firearms prior to bidding. Successful bidders on these lots are required to present relevant documentation at time of collection/prior to shipment of these goods. Please note that there may be external transfer fees applicable when collecting firearms. Additional charges for transportation and storage may also apply. Please be advised that a $50 administration fee will be charged by the licensed gun dealer in addition to shipping charges.

Auction goods will only be released to successful bidders upon:

1. Full payment of funds owed for purchase of goods.

2. Any relevant documentation or evidence as required under State or Commonwealth law for the acquisition, disposal or transfer of licensed or regulated goods.

3. It is the responsibility of all purchasers to obtain the necessary permits to procure before any restricted or registered goods can be uplifted. If you are bidding on parts or components for restricted or registered goods, please ensure you have the appropriate firearms licence endorsements and permits.

Payment is due 72 hours after the fall of the hammer.

Items will be shipped or available for collection upon receipt of full cleared funds.

Purchasers are responsible for the safe collection, lifting, loading and removal of their purchases, including providing suitable personnel and equipment.

Lloyds may provide reasonable assistance or lifting equipment where available. All collections are subject to Lloyds’ site safety requirements and staff directions, and Lloyds may stop or refuse any unsafe activity.

To the extent permitted by law, Lloyds is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a Buyer’s collection, handling or removal of purchased items.
Invoices are available to be generated or downloaded at checkout.

On high value items, bidders may be required to pay a deposit equivalent to the buyer’s premium upon the fall of the hammer.

GENERAL AUCTION TERMS:
This is an Auction Sale. All goods sold "As is, where is". Live video inspections are available upon request.

Condition reports are guides as to our opinion of condition only, it is based on a number of factors that include (but are not limited to) the items age, provenance and avenue to market.

Where a Valuation is Provided: Valuation certificates are provided to indicate an estimated replacement cost of the item valued. It is the estimated cost of having an identical piece of jewellery replaced in the current market by a reputable jewellery manufacturer. This value is used for insurance purposes only and does not have any bearing on the retail price or the resale value.

The Auctioneer states that all or any items may have reserve prices. The reserve price is not met unless an email is sent confirming a successful purchase. If the bidding has not reached reserve, the Auctioneer will refer the highest bid to the Vendor, the highest bidder shall have first right of refusal in any referred bids. As the highest bidder, you’ll be given the first opportunity to secure the item at the reserve price. If not accepted, the Auctioneer shall declare the goods open for negotiations with other potential purchasers.

In accordance with our vendor payment processes, Lloyds must be made aware of any issue with a purchase within 5 days of receipt. Claims are not able to be reviewed after this time as vendor payments have been processed.
