Bidders may be required to pay a deposit equivalent to the buyer’s premium upon the fall of the hammer.

Collections are to be arranged by appointment within 2 weeks of auction close, once full cleared funds have been received.

Purchasers are responsible for the safe collection, lifting, loading and removal of their purchases, including providing suitable personnel and equipment.

Lloyds may provide reasonable assistance or lifting equipment where available. All collections are subject to Lloyds’ site safety requirements and staff directions, and Lloyds may stop or refuse any unsafe activity.

To the extent permitted by law, Lloyds is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a Buyer’s collection, handling or removal of purchased items.

Photo I.D is required upon collection by the account holder. In the event that the collection will be conducted by a 3rd party, written authorisation and/or verification by the account holder is required to be sent to machinery@lloydsauctions.com.au
